Hello Erg Rats, Erg Racers, Fools, Friends, and Family!
I am crazy thankful for all of you who row/have rowed with us, so I am going to have some fun with our Turkey Day 6K event.
EVERYONE who enters will get a prize!
I have a bunch of race merchandise hanging around from past events, and other gear left over from Ride Backwards (my rowing apparel shop) that I want in the hands of our people, (or your people if you want to pay it forward) not on my shelf. It’s a grab bag of racing merch and apparel goodies that are both fun and functional. All you have to do to score a prize is enter the Turkey Day 6K and you’re already a winner!
Both Speed Pass and Full-Entry registrations will get a prize. Everyone means everyone! Full-Entry registrations get extra decals and social media shares.
📢 Only two TDAY6K potholders remain!
They will be awarded to the fastest female and male 6K scores.
⏰ We will race live virtually on ErgZone at 9 am CST, on Sunday, November 23.
Racers may compete in their own time zones, or race offline independently, but all 6K scores must be submitted on ErgZone with a screenshot of your monitor screen within 24 hours to win AMAZING potholder 1st place awards.
* The Turkey Day 6K event will be open to submit your scores on ErgZone as soon as we finish the live virtual event here in Chicago at 9 am CST.
Deadline to submit is 9 am CST Monday, November 24.

RACERS IN OTHER TIME ZONES may compete at their local time on Sunday, November 23, at 9 am, but they MUST submit their results on ErgZone within 24 hours of completing the event at their local time (by 9 am on Monday, November 24).
COMPETING ON AN OLDER MODEL ERG? You can still compete if your erg doesn't have a PM5 monitor. You cannot participate in live racing, but your score will count in the official results and rankings. Just enter your race time manually and submit a screenshot of your monitor on the ErgZone app so we can verify your event.
Manual Submissions must be entered on ErgZone within 24 hours of the official start date and time to be counted in the official rankings and be posted on our website.
