Fall season is coming to a close, and the air is getting colder. Strength, stamina, and mental toughness are critical to success in this event. For those not afraid to stay the course and ready to take their revenge on the sprinters. Are you haunted, or do you haunt? Find out.
The second stage race of the Ergon Metron Series Cup, the Ghost Riders 5K can be entered as a solo event or as part of the series.
• All racers will receive a 3" UV-protected vinyl Ghost Riders Revenge 5K Decal, a certificate of completion, and a social media share image of their race finish.
This virtual race will be conducted ONLINE using the ERGZONE app.
The app is free to download in your mobile app store.

SGGM = Super Great Grand Master > 70
GGM = Great Grand Master > 60
GM = Grand Master – 50-60
M = Master – 27-49
O = Open – 20-26
JR = Junior – 0-19
Weight Categories
Lightweight Women: <= 135lbs (61.5kg)
Heavyweight Women: > 135 lbs (61.6kg)
Lightweight Men <= 165lbs (75kg)
Heavyweight Men > 165lbs (75kg)

RACERS IN OTHER TIME ZONES may compete at their local time on Sunday, October 15 at 9 am, but they MUST submit their results immediately after completing the event at their local time.
COMPETING ON AN OLDER MODEL ERG? If your erg doesn't have a PM5 monitor, you can still compete. You will not be able to participate in live racing, but your score will count in the official results and rankings. Just enter your race time manually on the ErgZone app with a screenshot of your monitor so we can verify your results.
Manual Submissions must be entered on Sunday, October 15, and have the correct time per your location (9 am CST in Chicago is 3 pm in London) to be counted in the official rankings and be posted on our website.
Make sure the date on your monitor is correct!
